As part of Azeti’s IoT Cloud app redesign, I revamped the outdated notification system to be more intuitive and user-friendly. The new design improves alert clarity, reduces noise, and offers smarter customization, all aligned with the updated platform.

How I work /
My process starts with understanding the users I’m catering to. I want to know who’s at the other end of the screen, and make sense of their broader context and underlying needs. Contributing to the product strategy and working alongside & collaborating with user-centric team members are two of my favorite aspects of my job.
I approach my work by understanding users through qualitative and quantitative research, turning their needs into better products, and continuously testing and iterating. I believe ongoing discovery research is where the real fun and growth happens!

As simple as paper sketches or as elaborate as a high-fidelity prototypes, prototyping lets us build cheap and fast while catching the users problems in a swift manner.
05 / Test
Testing with users significantly reduces the developing cost and gives us the flexibility to learn from early mistakes and correct them.
06 / Measure
To assure that the product fits the users needs is important to define KPIs to be tracked and gather information from reviewing platforms ( trustpilot, app stores, google, forums...)

We learn about the project, the users and ourselves along every project and our commitment is to apply our new knowledge to achieve the best possible product.
